A Church for the Far West Side
Humanity is broken. But in Christ, God mercifully builds a masterpiece from the brokenness of sin and darkness. The church is that patchwork of broken yet redeemed people living before God’s face. People who know the ugly side of life, but reflect the beauty of their Creator together through redemption in Christ.
San Antonio is a growing, diverse city. More people arrive daily, but the number of churches cannot keep pace with the increasing population. Many have never had contact with the church. Gospel light is needed to penetrate spiritual darkness.
San Antonio’s Christian population includes many who have de-churched. They are burned out with religion. Gospel reconciliation is needed to renew faith and restore hope.
As the city expands rapidly westward, God has begun to put the pieces together for a new church. A gospel-centered community on mission in the Far West Side. A community characterized by the increase of God’s word, the multiplication of disciples, and joyful obedience to the faith.
Welcome to Our Community
We want to be a church known by our love for each other and the world around us. Where the good news of rest, renewal, and restoration is found in Christ alone and embodied through the Spirit. Where those who are weary of religion but still thirsty for God can meet him. Where skeptics and seekers can be introduced to Jesus, and belong to our family before they believe in him. We want to be a ‘come and see people’ whose love and holiness stand out for the sake of others in the world. Will you join us?
Who is Grace Mosaic Church?
Grace Mosaic Church is a plant of the Presbyterian Church in America in the South Texas Presbytery. The PCA is a conservative, Reformed denomination rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
As such, the PCA is faithful to the Scriptures as authoritative in all of life. You can find out more about our beliefs here. As an evangelical denomination, the PCA is committed to church planting and missions.
