A Church for the Far West Side
Life in San Antonio’s Far West Side moves fast. Families are always on the go, neighborhoods are new, and connections can be challenging. As the city rapidly expands into the Far West Side, thousands stream into the community yearly.
In such a vibrant, growing city, full of culture and diversity, many new arrivals have never had contact with the church. They don’t know who Jesus is and have no plans to find out. There is spiritual darkness and unbelief.
As a religion-friendly city, San Antonio’s Christian population includes many who have now dechurched or no longer attend for one reason or another. They are burned out with religion, and don’t want to come back. There is mistrust, doubt, hurt, and fear.
Jesus told us to pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. We believe the fields are ripe for harvest.
Build With Us
We want to build a gospel-centered community of God’s redeemed people in San Antonio’s Far West Side. Characterized by the increase of God’s word, the multiplication of disciples, and joyful obedience to the faith, we want to be known by our love for each other and the world around us.
We want to build a place where the good news of rest, renewal, and restoration is proclaimed in Christ alone. A place where the Spirit's work is evident in redeemed and renewed lives. Where the weary find rest and the skeptic finds space.
We want to be a ‘come and see people’ whose love and holiness stand out for the sake of the world. Will you join us?
Who is Grace Mosaic Church?
Grace Mosaic Church is a plant of the Presbyterian Church in America in the South Texas Presbytery. The PCA is a conservative, Reformed denomination rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We believe the Scriptures to be authoritative for all of life. You can find out more about our beliefs here. As an evangelical denomination, the PCA is committed to church planting and missions.
